 Returns 

Northwear has a 30 day returns policy. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or credit note. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind. A refund will only be honoured if the items received are damaged or faulty.  A refund for cancellation of an order will only be honoured if you have contacted us in 48 hours of purchasing. Thanks for understanding!

To be eligible for an exchange items must be unworn, in the original condition and packaging, with tags still attached. 

Exchange/Credit:

If your item does not fit, you may exchange items for a different size or a credit voucher. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Sale items

- Any item Which is not in original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


To complete your return, please fill out the returns form you received with your parcel. If you did not receive one please email info@northwear.com.au.


Refunds (only apply to faulty or damaged goods)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@northwear.com.au. 

Sale items 
Only full priced faulty items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, exchanged or used for credit vouchers. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your items for a different size please fill out the form and send back to us.

Shipping

To return your product, please send to: Factory 5/138 Argus Street, Cheltenham 3192.
The customer will be responsible to pay for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
